Refund Policy

At Mold Dog Knows, we take pride in delivering professional mold detection services with integrity and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding deposits, rescheduling, and non-refundable charges.


No Refunds

We do not offer refunds. This policy is clearly communicated during the booking process and confirmed in writing prior to payment.


Deposit Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and secure your appointment.
This deposit is non-refundable.
However, appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice without forfeiting the deposit.

If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, the 50% deposit will be forfeited in full.

Final Payment

Once the service has been completed and the final payment has been made or the card has been charged in full, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
