Susan is the visionary behind Mold Dog Knows. Born and raised in Northern California and Oregon, she's now a proud Texan of 27 years and splits her time between Texas and Los Cabos. Starting her career as a broadcast journalist, Susan later evolved into a dynamic entrepreneur.

Susan's personal encounters with mold toxicity paired with her dedication to the Natural Healing Center, supporting her husband, Dr. Rodney Russell, have given her a unique perspective. As she navigated the complexities of running their functional medicine practice. She also spearheaded the brand's growth, ensuring its reputation as a pillar of hope and healing for those facing a myriad of health challenges to include biotoxin illness. 

When she's not steering the ship at Mold Dog Knows, Susan revels in the outdoors, embarking on hiking and biking adventures, and nurturing her faith/spiritual pursuits alongside Dr. Russell.
